Enron Plaintiff Looking Into How to Divvy Up $7.2 Billion

The lead plaintiff in a massive Enron shareholder lawsuit sidelined by an appeals ruling last March is formulating a plan to distribute the $7.2 billion amassed so far in the largest settlement tally ever reached in securities litigation.
